General Terms and Conditions of queer.growing.support, Inh. M. Wohlgemuth
In these general terms and conditions (“GTC”) I show under which conditions my services can be obtained.
Subject
The subject of these GTC is the use and billing of the services and products I offer on queer.growing.support.
Psychological counseling
queer.growing.support offers services in the field of psychological counseling. These include offerings such as individual counseling, relationship counseling with two or more people, and courses. Consultation can take place both online and in the office.
Cost regulation
The current prices for psychological counseling can be viewed under Rates. Please note that the cost of psychological counseling is not covered by health insurance, not even by supplementary insurance.
Sessions in my practice are paid for in cash or with TWINT on the spot. After consultation, payment on account is possible. Sessions can also be prepaid, with the same payment options available as for online sessions.
Online counseling sessions are each payable in advance. The following options are available for payment:
- Credit card
- PayPal
- Prepayment
If paying in advance, the full price of the session must be received in my account prior to the scheduled online session. A transaction fee of CHF 2 is charged for the PayPal option.
Payment for the session can be made by purchasing the corresponding service in the store. After receiving the payment, you have the right to provide the service in the period declared in the offer. In doing so, the responsibility of receiving the benefit rests with you to actively seek to receive the benefit.
Refund
If you no longer wish to use your booked service, please contact me in this regard. If the benefit period has not yet expired, you will be reimbursed for any outstanding benefits. If the cancellation of an appointment is made less than 24h in advance, the service will not be refunded.
Dates
Agreed appointments are binding and must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance if the customer is unable to attend. Appointments that are cancelled through no fault of my own and are not cancelled in time will be charged in full. Prepaid appointments will be refunded if cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Digital products
Digital products available for purchase are offered on queer.growing.support.
Order process
The contractual relationship between you and me is established by the electronic acceptance of your order. All orders received will be confirmed by mail. The delivery of the digital download is done via download link by mail. The selected product is downloadable for 30 days after receipt of payment, after which access to the product expires. There is no right of return on all digital products. The reproduction or distribution of any digital product of queer.growing.support is prohibited.
Payment
The digital products must be paid for in advance in each case. The following options are available for payment:

Privacy
I adhere to professional confidentiality and all information is kept confidential. I would like to point out that in online sessions confidentiality and data security cannot be guaranteed to the same extent as in practice.
If you agree to conduct a consultation on an online platform (e.g. Skype, Zoom, etc), I will consider this as an agreement to take the risks of this reduced confidentiality and data security.

Liability
In case of breach of my contractual obligations, I am liable to direct and proven damages caused by me through unlawful intent or gross negligence. Any liability for slight and medium negligence as well as for indirect or consequential damages is expressly excluded.
Amendments and severability clause
I reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on queer.growing.support and become effective when they are posted on the website. If any provision of these terms and conditions or of the contract between you and queer.growing.support is or becomes invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions of the contract shall not be affected thereby. The contracting parties shall replace the invalid provision with a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the intended economic purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies to any gaps in the contract.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions are subject to Swiss law. The court at Maya Wohlgemuth’s place of residence in the city of Zurich has jurisdiction.
