In these General Terms and Conditions (‘GTC’), I indicate the conditions under which my services can be purchased.
Subject
The subject of these GTC is the use and billing of the services and products that I offer on queer.growing.support.
Psychosocial counselling and career advice or job application coaching
queer.growing.support offers services in the field of psychosocial counselling as well as career counselling and job application coaching. These include individual counselling, counselling with two or more people and courses. Counselling can take place both online and in the office.
Cost regulation
The current prices for psychological counselling can be viewed at Rates. Please note that the costs of psychological counselling are not covered by health insurance, not even by supplementary insurance.
Sessions in my practice are paid for in cash or with TWINT on site. Sessions can also be paid for in advance, using the same payment options as for online sessions.
Online counselling sessions must be paid for in advance. The following payment options are available:

- Advance bank payment
In the case of advance bank payment, the full price of the session must be received in my account before the scheduled online session.
Once payment has been received, you have the right to receive the service during the period specified in the offer. It is your responsibility to actively endeavour to obtain the service.
Refund
If you no longer wish to use your booked service, please contact me. If the service period has not yet expired, you will be reimbursed for any outstanding services. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the service will not be refunded.
Appointments
Agreed appointments are binding and must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend. Appointments that are cancelled through no fault of my own and are not cancelled in good time will be charged in full. Appointments paid for in advance will be refunded if they are cancelled 24 hours before the agreed session.
Data Privacy
I adhere to the obligation of professional secrecy and all information is treated confidentially. I would like to point out that confidentiality and data security cannot be guaranteed to the same extent in online sessions as in practice.
If you agree to conduct counselling on an online platform (Teams, Zoom, etc.), I consider this to be an agreement to accept the risks of this reduced confidentiality and data security.

Liability
In the event of breaches of my contractual obligations, I am liable for direct and proven damages caused by me through unlawful intent or gross negligence. Any liability for slight and medium negligence as well as for indirect or consequential damages is expressly excluded.
Changes and severability clause
I reserve the right to change the general terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on queer.growing.support and come into force when they are published on the website. Should any provision of these GTC or the contract between you and queer.growing.support be or become invalid or ineffective in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the contract. The contracting parties shall replace the invalid provision with a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the intended economic purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies to any loopholes in the contract.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law. The court at the domicile of Monet Wohlgemuth in the city of Zurich shall have jurisdiction.
